Legal Research
and Advanced Analysis

Attorneys need to be able to find answers fast. That means knowing what research resources are out there and what each is good for. That tells you where to start. A good researcher then uses a reliable methodology to work through the available information, culling out the most useful. A great researcher can identify deeper patterns in the law that help their clients.

THROUGH THIS COURSE YOU WILL LEARN:

  • Where to start when you know nothing, and how to go from novice to expert in the least amount of time.

  • How to critically evaluate legal resources and extract valuable insights from court decisions.
